As a Licensed Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions that center on client needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans that address the unique mental health challenges faced by your clients.
• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic techniques to facilitate meaningful conversation and growth.
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress on an ongoing basis, adjusting treatment modalities and coping strategies as necessary.
• Building strong therapeutic alliances by helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions in our secure counselor portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking to enhance their mental well-being. You will play a crucial role in identifying their behavioral health needs and guiding them towards achieving personal goals through structured therapy plans. By employing various therapy methodologies, you will assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and personal insights.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid, and independent state license, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A clean disciplinary record with no significant actions against your professional licensing.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a genuine empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency in computer systems and stability of Wi-Fi for conducting remote sessions.

While not required, the following experiences are preferred and will enhance your effectiveness in this role:

• Previous experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling environment.
• Familiarity with solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• An established history of working with diverse populations and culturally sensitive practices.

We value our therapists and provide a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payment is managed through weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
