You will directly interact with students and their families through virtual platforms, utilizing telehealth technologies to maintain engagement and provide thoughtful care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, gathering vital information to inform personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to fit the distinct needs of each student.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, school counselors, and educational staff to create a holistic care approach for each student.
• Facilitating regular consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and improve the quality of care provided.
• Providing outreach and educational resources to students and their families, empowering them with relevant knowledge regarding mental health concepts and community resources.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and clinical best practices in the mental health field and integrating this knowledge into your treatment strategies.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of students who face various mental health challenges. This encompasses a wide spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related experiences. Your empathetic approach and therapeutic expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these young individuals navigate their personal challenges, fostering resilience and growth.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in psychotherapy, especially with youth populations.
• Prior experience utilizing solution-focused techniques and interventions aimed at facilitating meaningful change in clients' lives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect and communicate with students, families, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to assess complex situations and implement appropriate interventions.
• A commitment to collaboration and teamwork within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications or skills, such as proficiency in trauma-informed care, familiarity with educational systems, and knowledge of community resources available for mental health support. Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy will also be highly regarded as we prioritize maintaining effective, engaged therapeutic relationships.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
