Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is licensed in Montana. This role centers on providing steady, high-quality therapy to clients who need support with family dynamics, relationship strain, emotional concerns, and major life adjustments.

As an LMFT in this position, your day-to-day work will include meeting clients virtually, listening closely to their concerns, identifying patterns that affect relationships and wellbeing, and helping them build practical tools they can use outside of session. The role offers the structure of a full-time position while allowing you to work from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess client needs and identify clinical goals during intake and ongoing sessions
  • Create treatment plans that reflect each client's situation and therapy objectives
  • Help clients work through relationship issues, family conflict, stress, anxiety, and transitions
  • Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress in a timely manner
  • Maintain professional boundaries and ethical clinical standards
  • Use secure telehealth tools for client communication and care delivery
  • Review client progress and update care plans when appropriate

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active LMFT license in Montana
  • Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth platforms
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload independently
  • Must meet all state and professional requirements for clinical practice
