• Conduct engaging and professional counseling sessions with clients through video chat, focusing on emotional and mental health issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity clients seeking guidance and support for a range of mental health challenges. Each client is carefully screened to ensure their needs align with your expertise, thus promoting effective therapeutic alliances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active, independent state licensing credential (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is essential for this position.
• Proficiency in making assessments and formulating treatment plans based on professional evaluations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, along with a genuine empathetic nature, are necessary for building rapport with clients.
• Robust computer skills to effectively navigate our therapeutic platform and manage client communications.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-oriented therapeutic approaches and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support client wellness.
