Job description

PSI is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Washington state. It is a remote position. The ideal candidate will specialize in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related issues. This role requires exceptional client advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. If you are passionate about helping families navigate challenging legal situations and have a proven track record in family law, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team at PSI.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in Washington State
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law statutes, case law, and court procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism.
