As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s program, fostering their development through guidance and mentorship.
• Delivering psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapy techniques tailored to client needs.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure integrated care and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and current research.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation for all therapy sessions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Staying informed about advancements in mental health interventions, best practices, and integrating evidence-based approaches into your work.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist, you will engage with a variety of clients, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license for clinical practice: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure comprehensive care.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth service delivery and those who have a background in training and supervising interns or new therapists. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices and ongoing professional development is also advantageous.
