Sr. Project Manager (Test/Data & Quality Engineering)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead a critical Data & Quality Engineering workstream within a large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiative.

This role will focus on modernizing test environments by enabling scalable database capabilities, automated test data services, and quality engineering support that improve software delivery and testing effectiveness.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a proactive leader who can drive complex technical initiatives, influence, stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management activities for the Data & Quality Engineering workstream.
  • Partner with database engineering teams to define and validate environment requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering related to test data management and provisioning.
  • Drive planning and execution for automated test data service implementations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering teams to ensure testing requirements are incorporated into future-state solutions.
  • Coordinate with application and technical teams to understand data dependencies and integration requirements.
  • Assess impacts to reporting, analytics, and downstream data consumption processes.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
  • Drive execution against key milestones and program deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience supporting enterprise technology programs.
  • Experience managing initiatives involving:
    • Databases
    • Test Data Management
    • Quality Engineering (QE)
    • Data Platforms
    • Data Warehousing
    • Enterprise Testing Platforms
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Experience working within hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Test Data Management experience.
  • Database infrastructure or database engineering project experience.
  • Quality Engineering, QA, or enterprise testing platform experience.
  • Analytics and data warehouse ecosystem experience.
