  • Use AI as a development system by creating effective workflows, validation processes, and automation strategies to enhance engineering efficiency.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions while ensuring reliability and strong performance in production environments.
  • Monitor software behavior after release, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve both products and development processes.
  • Develop scalable backend solutions, including database design, complex queries, and application architecture improvements.
  • Explore new approaches, test innovative ideas, and transform insights into practical, evidence-based product enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend programming languages and frameworks.
  • Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to design database schemas and write complex queries efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and workflows as part of an end-to-end software development process, with practical examples of successful implementations.
  • Strong commitment to software quality, including a habit of testing your own work and delivering reliable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical decisions, and manage projects from idea to completion.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies, solving challenging problems, and continuously improving engineering practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a global, remote team.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from Poland.
  • Opportunity to build and improve real AI-powered systems used by customers worldwide.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over projects and technical decisions.
  • International collaboration with talented team members across different countries.
  • Personal development opportunities and clear paths for professional growth.
  • Computer budget to improve your home working setup.
  • Access to a Kindle device and company Amazon account.
  • Body and Mind Movement program designed to support well-being and energy.
  • Respect for local national holidays to ensure proper time for rest and recovery.
