Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and history, ensuring the development of personalized care plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique therapy goals and objectives.

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to diverse client needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients have access to essential support during critical moments.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, actively pursuing training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a flexible caseload while meeting client needs in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a teletherapy environment is advantageous, showcasing your adaptability to virtual counseling methodologies.

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic techniques or modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, or other evidence-based practices.
