Work Environment

This role is conducted in a remote setting, allowing our mental health professionals the flexibility to work from anywhere while serving clients across Tennessee. The outpatient office atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on maintaining a high standard for clinical practice and client care. The working hours are structured for a balanced approach, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual client assessments to understand mental health needs and create personalized care plans tailored to each individual.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients effectively towards their mental health goals.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting sessions that encourage empowerment and personal growth.
• Provide accessible telehealth therapy options through secure platforms to ensure clients receive the support they need, regardless of location.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to ensure compliance with clinic standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and keep up with the latest in mental health care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and various life transitions. The focus is on providing a supportive environment that fosters healing and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling with a proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy or telehealth platforms is advantageous, considering our focus on remote care delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy models and techniques, as well as cultural competence in addressing diverse client backgrounds.
