Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with a focus on therapeutic techniques relevant to marriage and family dynamics.
• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific concerns.
• Utilize our secure telehealth platform to document client interactions and progress while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health trends.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and share insights that benefit client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will serve consists of stable individuals with low acuity mental health needs. Our platform pre-screens all patients to ensure a good therapeutic match and that they are within your licensed scope of practice. You will have the option to select up to three specific demographics to work with, allowing you to align your expertise with the needs of your clients and providing tailored support that enhances therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia; no associate or intern-level licenses will be accepted.
• Proficient in using technology, must have a functioning cell phone and computer, along with a reliable internet connection to conduct sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided to help you acclimate to our platform.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated professional values that promote inclusivity, empathy, and a client-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with the hours worked. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, we provide a monthly stipend dedicated to medical, dental, and vision benefits for our full-time therapists, ensuring that you have the necessary support for your own health and wellness.
