Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities that promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout treatment.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients faced with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions and client progress to meet ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your practice and stay updated on the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor with Impireum Care Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in telehealth services or those who have utilized a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs. Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting is also beneficial.
