Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, taking detailed notes from preliminary interviews and tracking client progress from the initial consultation through to the conclusion of treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, which may include individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and best practice methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You'll be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
  • A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary for documentation and consultations, are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine compassionate nature towards clients.
