Salary: Starting at $50 per hour (Per visit compensation)

Royale Care VA Inc. is looking for an upbeat, goal oriented person to fill the position of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN).

The Registered Nurse (RN) who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Virginia . She/he supervises home health services to home bound patients in their place of residence in accordance with attending physician orders and plans of care and strives to provide the highest quality of care. In addition, skilled nursing and other therapeutic services are under the supervision and direction of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to guide and develop the skills and performance of multiple home health personnel, be able to exercise independent clinical judgement, have experience in Home Health OASIS completion and be a good collaborator.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performing in-home patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Completing weekly patient home visits
  • Complete minimum required number of visits per month
  • Making patient and personnel assignments
  • Coordinating patient referrals and patient care
  • Assuring continued assessment of patients needs
  • Assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be registered to practice in the state of Virginia (VA) or have a Compact State License.

2. Must have at least one year of experience in health care/home care.

3. At least one year experience in a supervisory position (preferred).

4. Knowledge and ability to apply home health principles and practices.
