Head Start Youth Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The position will be conducted entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule and responsibilities. This role is a unique opportunity to work within a community health clinic setting while providing outpatient services to clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges. As a remote counselor, you will have access to our advanced billing service that streamlines claims processing and client management, ensuring that your focus remains on delivering the highest quality of care.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services focused on mental health and substance use for a diverse client base, including youth and families.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet varying needs and clinical presentations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide interventions and support client progress.
• Facilitate case management activities, coordinating with other providers and external resources to optimize client care and ensure comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including therapy notes and treatment updates, to support progress tracking and compliance.
• Manage scheduling to minimize client wait times and ensure consistency in follow-up appointments, while keeping an organized calendar.
• Utilize the clinic's billing service for handling client claims, insurance accounts, and payment plans, streamlining administrative tasks.

You will work with both youth and adults, providing essential support to families navigating complex issues. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of four years of practical experience in clinical social work, either through a master-level practicum or two years of post-graduate experience.

• Experience in outpatient counseling specifically targeting substance use and mental health issues.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) or other clinical documentation systems.
• Familiarity with billing processes in a healthcare setting.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
