As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Conducting thorough psychological assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Providing therapy sessions through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting approaches to fit client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation as per regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health challenges. To be successful in this role, you will need:
