• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to accurately identify the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, goals, and cultural contexts, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for students experiencing acute distress.
• Keep precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in line with clinic policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, promoting self-management strategies for better mental health outcomes.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and revise clinical approaches as necessary.
• Stay updated with current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice to enhance care outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, providing vital mental health support. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required to qualify for this position.
