About the job Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by assisting clients through an advisor-led service model, coordinating client requests, and ensuring each step of the customer experience runs smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and delivering high-quality support in a structured environment.
In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to assist customers, manage communication workflows, coordinate scheduling and confirmations, and maintain accurate records throughout the process. You'll work closely with assigned advisors while ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and a seamless client experience.
What You'll Do:
Support customers through their assigned advisor throughout the planning process
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate, timely information
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
Coordinate communication between clients and advisors as needed
Maintain accurate digital records and organized client documentation
Monitor outstanding items and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
