By creating value beyond the hype, we help businesses modernize technology and build new strategies that fuel growth. Our team is committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence, empowering our clients to succeed in an evolving digital landscape.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior BigPanda Engineer and AIOps subject matter expert with over 5 years of dedicated platform experience. This position requires a rare blend of deep technical administration, strategic consulting, and mentorship capability. You will serve as the chief architect of our event correlation engine, transforming high-volume telemetry data from multi-cloud environments and hybrid monitoring systems into actionable, automated operational insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Ownership: Act as the primary platform Administrator, Consultant, and Trainer for the BigPanda ecosystem, steering its long-term roadmap and maturity.
  • GCP Data Ingestion: Design and maintain seamless ingestion pipelines from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) telemetry streams (including GCP Cloud Monitoring/Logging) into the BigPanda correlation platform.
  • Lifecycle Architecture: Own the end-to-end observability lifecycle, explicitly driving strategy for high-scale data ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, and enrichment across enterprise cloud ecosystems.
  • ITSM & Tool Integration: Architect seamless integrations between BigPanda, incoming monitoring systems (like Moogsoft, Netcool, Dynatrace), and downstream ITSM ticketing/incident response workflows.
  • AIOps Strategy: Apply advanced AIOps concepts to reduce alert fatigue, drastically lower Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and automate root-cause analysis.
  • Mentorship & Enablement: Lead training sessions and strategy workshops for cross-functional engineering teams, utilizing a clear, confidence-inspiring "whiteboard approach" to explain complex data relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • BigPanda Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience spanning the lifecycle of BigPanda implementation, configuration, and day-to-day administration.
  • GCP Exposure: Practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) monitoring frameworks and understanding how cloud-native events map to correlation engines.
  • Monitoring Ecosystem: Solid foundational experience with enterprise monitoring and APM tools such as Moogsoft, Netcool, and Dynatrace.
  • AIOps & ITSM: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of algorithmic event correlation, alert noise reduction, and modern ITSM processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to map out complex technical workflows on the fly.
