• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and intake interviews to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities during remote therapy sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, tailored to address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing crisis management protocols to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at reducing stigma around mental health, fostering community understanding, and promoting overall mental wellness.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to ensure effective communication and support.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to develop trusting relationships with clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills to ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is a plus, with familiarity in using teletherapy tools and platforms.
• Previous work in community mental health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ongoing training in relevant methodologies will be advantageous.
