Warm Comfort Counseling, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dedicated team as a full-time Telehealth Therapist. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct sessions through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized instruments and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Coordinate care by referring clients to appropriate community resources, such as educational support programs or rehabilitation services, when indicated by the assessed needs.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing and growth.
• Support clients who are struggling with substance use and trauma through specialized programs that cater to their unique challenges and needs.
• Engage clients and families in psychoeducation to improve understanding of mental health issues and foster adherence to treatment protocols.

Our clientele primarily consists of adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in educational institutions and various community settings. As a remote therapist, your role is critical in ensuring that our clients feel supported and understood in their journey towards mental wellness.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Candidates nearing completion of their degree will also be considered.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological theories and research, particularly pertaining to mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with interview techniques and engagement strategies relevant to the mental health field.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with teletherapy platforms is strongly preferred.
• A background in trauma-informed care and intervention strategies for clients with dual diagnoses.
