Their role allows patients to receive assistance and healthcare services without needing to visit a physical clinic, improving accessibility and convenience. Remote Telehealth Assistants must be comfortable with technology, maintain patient confidentiality, and have good communication skills.

Working remotely, you’ll need to be comfortable using various telehealth technologies and maintaining patient confidentiality. Collaboration and clear, compassionate communication are essential, as you’ll serve as a key link between patients and healthcare professionals.
