You will engage with clients from varying backgrounds, and your work will emphasize cultural competence and empathetic understanding. Fostering an environment where clients feel safe and supported is paramount to the transformative outcomes we seek.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven knowledge of theories and practices in individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a deep understanding of mental health diagnostics and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening and rapport-building.
Preferred Experience
