Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.
• Create a welcoming, empathetic environment where clients can openly discuss their feelings and experiences, facilitating their emotional insight and growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and developing actionable steps to achieve them.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve supporting a carefully screened population of stable adult clients with low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Two years of relevant post-graduate clinical experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually based on your hours and experience. Additionally, you are eligible for a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
