Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique mental health needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions via our secure telehealth platform, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
  • Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to improve relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and resolve family conflicts.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing concrete objectives, interventions, and therapeutic milestones tailored to each client's progress.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring timely support and resource allocation.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, coping strategies, and connect them with additional resources for sustained support.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome assessments.
  • Adhere to professional conduct guidelines, ensuring a high standard of ethics and client confidentiality at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clients often seek support for various challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their psychological obstacles and helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency and experience in delivering effective counseling services.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • A commitment to ethical practices, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapeutic modalities.
  • Experience working with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+, veterans, or individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or mindfulness-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
