Job description

What you’ll do

As our Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects from scoping through launch, keeping teams, timelines, and budgets on track. You'll write the technical specs, run the meetings, and serve as the steady point of contact clients count on for clear answers. When a team needs Agile support, you'll step in to facilitate standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and clear whatever obstacles stand between your team and their goals. Along the way, you'll put AI-powered project management tools to work, spotting opportunities to plan, track, and deliver more effectively.

What you bring

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4 years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • A track record of managing client relationships, project budgets, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • PMP and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
  • Experience with the horizontal construction industry, civil engineering, or a state department of transportation.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), NetSuite/SuiteProjects Pro, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with AI-specific project management tools or practices.
