• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy primarily using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teenagers and adults.
• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with clinical standards, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and securely.
• Engage in regular peer consultation and professional development to stay current with treatment methodologies and enhance therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care for clients across various programs.
• Proactively manage your appointment calendar, handle client inquiries, and follow up on missed sessions to maintain continuity of care.

Your therapeutic practice will primarily focus on adults and adolescents presenting with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral concerns. • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Strong writing skills necessary for documenting sessions and treatment plans as part of clinical compliance.

• Demonstrated experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working in a telehealth or virtual therapy setting is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of remote patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and information retrieval.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, and includes the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
