RESPEC seeks a skilled Technical Billing Consultant to join our Billing team. In this role, you will participate in and lead the implementation and configuration of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing systems for our billing partners, ensuring that all configurations align with client requirements and technical environments. You will also play a key role in optimizing the order-to-cash process by ensuring seamless integration between billing, sales, and operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of billing systems and processes to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Configure subscription plans, products, pricing models, rating rules, discounts, bill cycles, taxation, and more to meet client needs
Set up and configure integrations with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), tax engines (e.g., Avalara), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
