• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are client-centered, addressing individual needs and goals through ongoing assessment and collaboration with clients.
• provide support and guidance to clients as they navigate their emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, using active listening and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and holistic health practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring thorough and accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant supervision to stay informed about new techniques and trends in the counseling field.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid and active Professional Counselor license issued by the state of Colorado.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and communities, with a strong understanding of cultural competency in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient clinical documentation and billing processes.
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a significant advantage.

The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
