Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that build a sense of community among clients, encouraging sharing and peer support.
  • Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling to explore clientsโ€™ thoughts and emotions, developing personalized coping strategies tailored to each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and possess a valid and active LMHC license. Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
