As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours while practicing from the comfort of your home or preferred location. Our outpatient office supports a fully digital platform that integrates video conferencing and secure messaging via Simple Practice. • Conduct initial client assessments to gather pertinent information and establish therapeutic goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach.
• Provide psychotherapy through virtual sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited for individual or group therapy.
• Monitor and document progress appropriately, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular consultation and supervision meetings, participating in team discussions to enhance professional development.
• Stay informed of best practices in mental health care through continuous education opportunities.

You will work with a varied patient population, including teens, adults, and couples, offering therapeutic support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life transitions. Your expertise in dealing with diverse backgrounds and challenges will be key to facilitating positive outcomes in your clients’ mental health journeys.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.
• Proficient skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health Counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage clients effectively.
• Comfortable and effective in conducting virtual appointments using modern technology.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy with diverse populations.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote service delivery settings is highly desirable.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for individuals and couples therapy.
