• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with clients to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Document client sessions meticulously, ensuring that all records meet regulatory requirements and reflect patient progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in peer consultations, attending training workshops, and staying updated on mental health trends and research.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to share insights and best practices, fostering a collegial atmosphere.
• Manage a flexible schedule that allows for optimal client engagement while adhering to your self-set hours.

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help these clients navigate their difficulties, empowering them towards improved emotional well-being. By harnessing remote technology, you will provide them with accessible support that meets them wherever they are on their journey.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.
• Active mental health professional licensure, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy with adults.
• Strong writing and documentation skills to accurately record session details and treatment plans.
• No record of disciplinary actions or ethical violations related to licensure.

• Experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Moreover, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,000.
