• Maintain a flexible client schedule by determining the number of clients you see each week, enabling a work-life balance that suits your preferences.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including those facing behavioral health challenges and substance use disorders. By employing telehealth services, you will reach clients in a manner that is most convenient for them, breaking down traditional barriers related to access and engagement. Your role is vital in building trust and rapport in a virtual environment, ensuring that clients feel supported throughout their healing journey.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Counseling or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Availability of a conducive work space that ensures privacy for patient interactions.
• Compliance with all background and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and video communication tools, to provide effective therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with clients to establish and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
• Prior experience in outpatient settings and a track record of independently providing behavioral health care.
• Skills demonstrated through interviews that reflect the ability to effectively engage with clients and manage various clinical situations.

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits include:
