The Remote Mental Health Counselor position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our compassionate team. Our operational structure includes robust support systems in place, such as IT assistance and billing support, which enables you to dedicate your efforts solely to providing exceptional care. Your schedule will be adaptable, allowing you to create a routine that fosters both work-life balance and professional efficiency.

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to individual adult clients, ensuring tailored care that addresses their unique mental health needs.
• Implement treatment plans that integrate symptom self-assessments and progress measures, adjusting strategies based on data to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health providers and counselors to support comprehensive treatment approaches for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, enhancing the ease of care delivery and continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and receive consultation from leadership during weekly drop-in sessions to continuously refine your skills and approaches.

Your role will primarily focus on adults seeking mental health support, including those experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns as well as higher risk populations. We are committed to a diverse approach, ensuring every client—from those dealing with anxiety and depression to individuals at elevated risk—is met with culturally responsive and inclusive care strategies.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (License types: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) from an accredited program.
• An independent therapist license with at least one year of supervised experience in a mental health counseling role.

• A minimum of two years of recent practice providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions, particularly to adult populations with varied mental health disorders.
• Experience working with individuals in high-risk groups and a demonstrated commitment to treating all populations with dignity and respect.
• Adeptness in utilizing technology as an integral part of your therapeutic practice, with enthusiasm for innovative digital solutions in mental health care.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
