Andromeda is seeking talented self-starters who are driven to complete tasks thoroughly. As a vital member of our 10โ€“12-person service department, you will troubleshoot client issues both remotely and on-site, as assigned by the Dispatcher. Your role involves efficiently restoring clients' functionality while upholding excellent customer service standards.ย We'reย looking for a versatile tech enthusiast who thrives in teamwork and seeks continuous learning opportunities.ย 

About Youย 

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an MSP or corporate IT environment.ย 

  • Skills: Proficient in IT areas such as PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus.ย 

  • Location: Must be near Lockport, IL, to work from our office.ย
