As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Positive Change Therapy, your role will encompass several key responsibilities, including:

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, highlighting your capacity to address complex mental health issues.
• Strong skills in developing assessments and treatment plans, with a focus on individualized care.
