• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and concerns.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, to effectively support clients.
• Set measurable and achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly evaluating their progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options to clients who may have mobility issues or prefer receiving services remotely, ensuring access to mental health support.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, including workshops and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

The clientele at MindPath Care consists of diverse individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, stress management challenges, and trauma recovery. Your role will center around building trusting therapeutic relationships and tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, with sensitivity to their personal experiences and cultural backgrounds.

• A valid and active mental health professional license in Florida: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, demonstrating empathy toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, ensuring the ability to handle caseloads effectively and fulfill administrative duties proficiently.

• Experience in a clinical setting with diverse populations, showcasing a history of working with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience providing remote therapy sessions.
• Dedication to continued professional development, including seeking out training opportunities in emerging therapeutic practices.

• Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
