• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through detailed interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques, interventions, and approaches appropriate for diverse client needs.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams - including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers - to ensure holistic client care and cohesive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines relevant to mental health practice.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, case discussions, and professional development workshops to refine your skills and knowledge.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
