Job Title:Sr. Business Development Representative

Location: US - Remote

Overview:
The Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects across assigned industries and territories. What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities via outbound outreach (calls, email, social), targeted campaigns, and events to build a predictable pipeline.

  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and accurately, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and passing them to Account Executives with clear handoffs.

  • Execute account-based prospecting for named accounts: research buyers/stakeholders, map decision-making personas, and secure discovery meetings.

  • Create compelling outreach sequences and messaging that articulate business value and key use cases.

  • Manage and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) with activity, contact data, and opportunity status; maintain territory/account cadence and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring, content/asset needs, and campaign targeting.

  • Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to coordinate demos, proof-of-concept requests, and strategic plays for complex accounts.

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for pipeline created, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

  • Provide market and prospect feedback to Sales Leadership and Product/Marketing to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.

  • Mentor and coach junior BDRs; share best practices, cadences, and templates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4-7+ years of B2B sales development, business development, or lead generation experience (industry and/or SaaS experience preferred).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for pipeline creation and meetings set.

  • Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft value-based messaging and run effective outreach campaigns.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Experience in the Supply Chain industry and Auto industry preferred
