About the Roleย 


We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team at Cyncly. This role is 100% outbound and focused on generating new opportunities by connecting with prospects in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to fill the pipeline with qualified demos that lead to new customers.ย 

Our newest offering is a strategic extension of Cyncly's trusted design software, giving you the chance to bring a new product category to an existing customer base that already values what we do.ย 

What You'll Doย 

  • Prospect into targeted accounts in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring verticals through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachย 
  • Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect listsย 
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and secure booked and attended demosย 
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunitiesย 
  • Track activities and results in Salesforce, using tools like Salesloft and Gong to improve efficiency and effectivenessย 
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for booked and attended demosย 

What We're Looking Forย 

  • Previous SDR experience is preferred but not required - we value work ethic and drive above all elseย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย 
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at onceย 
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goalsย 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plusย 
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environmentย

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $52,500 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
