Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant - Remote
As a Senior SAP EWM functional Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps work with the Global Team on this project based out of Germany where HQ is located for the client. You will help confirm and and define the As is to be for the USA implementation. Help evaluate the solution options and confirm with the business and then make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and assist implementing the deployment plan in the USA. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel to project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4-6 years of proven experience as an SAP EWM(Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant on minimum of two implementation projects

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Core EWM experience - Receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, Handheld devices
  • Good experience on CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, EWM RF Framework
  • Hands-on experience in the following areas of integration

ECC to EWM interfaces
WCS/MFS to EWM interfaces
S/4HANA EWM Decentralized
S/4 TMS to S/4 EWM
  • Working knowledge of Labor Management
  • Experience in Material Flow System
  • Ability to plan, anchor and present SAP best practice based 'Fit to Standard' workshops
  • ABAP knowledge to validate the Technical documentation .
  • Good exposure to interfacing with non-SAP systems
  • Ability to map the user requirements
  • Able to articulate Functional requirement into technical language
  • 6-10+ years of experience overall across supply chain processes, preferably

in the life sciences industry.
  • Good knowledge of SAP coding, capacity to debug/understand existing code.
  • Experience with middleware/legacy system integrations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users,

development teams, and senior management.
  • Strong experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements, translating them into actionable

product features.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues

and challenges related to the SAP product.
  • Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement of the SAP product and processes.
  • SAP certification in EWM preferred.
