• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support mental health recovery for students dealing with various challenges.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to students.
• Conduct educational sessions for clients and their families on mental health resources, coping strategies, and effective management of mental health conditions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with emerging mental health practices and integrating innovative strategies into your practice.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting students within the school environment, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with young individuals and their families to create a supportive network that encourages academic success and emotional well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with youth and families.
• Proficient in using remote technology platforms and electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and client engagement.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing direct mental health services, particularly in a school or educational environment.

• Experience working with a diverse population of clients, demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity.
