What are under the table paying jobs?

‘Under the table’ paying jobs refer to work arrangements where employees are paid in cash and the income is not reported to tax authorities. These jobs typically do not include official employment contracts or benefits, and both employers and workers avoid paying taxes on the earnings. While some people seek out these jobs for quick cash or flexibility, it's important to note that such arrangements are often illegal and can lead to legal and financial consequences for both parties. Examples of 'under the table' jobs include babysitting, yard work, or day labor. Always consider the risks and legal implications before accepting or offering cash-only employment.
