This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients and provide service through a secure telehealth platform. Our telehealth facilities utilize the latest technology to ensure a seamless therapeutic experience for clients, and you will be equipped with various tools and resources to conduct effective virtual sessions. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a balanced schedule that promotes personal well-being alongside professional responsibility.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to pinpoint emotional and psychological needs, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.
• Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ unique goals and objectives.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and growth.
• Document client progress and modify treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments to ensure effective care delivery.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss best practices, share insights, and foster continuous professional development.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards, local regulations, and organizational policies while safeguarding client confidentiality and data integrity.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
