Your administrative needs—including billing and documentation—will be handled by our dedicated staff, allowing you to concentrate fully on client interactions and therapy sessions.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients via virtual platforms, employing a CBT approach to addressing their mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans utilizing our streamlined electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultations with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss cases, and enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through accessible Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered by the company.
• Adhere to scheduled weekday hours, with no requirements for nights, weekends, or on-call duties, promoting a balance between professional commitments and personal life.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our client population values access to convenient mental health support, and your effective, evidence-based interventions will contribute significantly to their healing process. By leveraging digital health tools, you can engage with clients in meaningful ways that cater to their individual circumstances.

• Active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a behavioral health field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field, with at least one year of experience in an independent licensure capacity.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with digital mental health tools and platforms.
• Experience in teletherapy or similar remote therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $100,000–$110,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, our compensation package includes:
