Reporting directly to the Global Subsea Services Sales and Commercial Director, the"SubseaServicesStrategic InitiativesTechnical SalesTeam"provide solutions to our Customers &Partners around the globe, supporting our regions todevelop and sellinnovative solutions. Our technologies are designed to provide reliability, flexibility, and quality, while addressing the complexities of the subsea environment. Our Subsea Systems and Services cover a range of applications across varying pressure, temperature, and water depth requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationship, generate salesleadsand pursuesales opportunities in theSubsea Controls & Upgradeand strategic initiative space.

• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders, Commercial Leaderand Technical Leader togrow the subsea services businessanddeliver competitivesolutionstoBakerHughes subsea services customersmainly intheSubsea Controls & Upgradeand strategic initiative space driving profitable growth within the segment.

• Leadthe strategy onkeySubsea Controls System Upgrade and refurbishmentfrom early engagement through to award.

• Understand Customer drivers and tender requirements and translating these into actionable and winning opportunity strategies.

• Responsible forgenerating sales leads, call for apurse no purse, deal strategy working very closely to the commercial and the engineering team.

• Support successful projects into execution providingsalessupport and variation management to maximise project potentials.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have abachelor'sdegree from an accredited university in Engineering, Business or other technical or business-related field or proven experience insales andoperations.(ideally more than10years)

• Havestrong prior experience in the O&G/SubseaControlsindustry with preference towardsoperational and salesinasolution-orientedorganization in thesubseaoilfield servicesand equipment space.

• Strong business acumen and demonstrabletrack recordin developingdealstrategiesbased oncustomers'needs.

• Ability to mobilise, influence and lead cross functional teams to execute a complex pursuit strategy.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong ability to present clearly to Senior Leaders.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Availability to travelglobally(> 60%)
