The Camesi Agency is a rapidly growing, fully remote brokerage focused on helping families protect their financial futures. We are seeking motivated work-from-home sales representatives to join our small, supportive team. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, coachable, and interested in building a sales career with advancement into leadership. Comprehensive training and licensing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
  • Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through timely follow-up, education, and ongoing service.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
  • Track performance against personal and team sales goals; contribute to team metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to refine sales and product knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and support to newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.
