As part of your daily activities, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a clear focus on achieving measurable outcomes and client-specific goals.
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify emotional and relational needs, supporting the creation of personalized therapy plans.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that reflects timely notes of each session, ensuring adherence to state regulations and best practices.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives designed to disseminate information regarding mental health resources and therapy.
• Providing crisis intervention and immediate emotional support as necessary, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to manage situations effectively.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services, preferably within a community health setting.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in crisis intervention, family systems therapy, and group therapy sessions will be highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is also beneficial for efficient remote practice.
