Gryphon Oakwood are currently partnered with a leading electrical construction company to find an Operations Manager for a well-established and highly respected contractor delivering complex commercial and industrial projects.


We are seeking an experienced professional to drive performance across multiple projects and teams, focusing on operational excellence and project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple electrical construction projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee project managers, field teams, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
