  • Perform training for various functions on new rollouts, functionality changes, and audit processes to ensure adoption and compliance

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality systems roles, with proven experience establishing, implementing, and auditing systems in global manufacturing, remanufacturing, or service environments

  • Knowledge of quality system industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG) and tools/methodologies (e.g. PFMEA, root cause analysis, CAPA)
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, summarization, and escalation to manage project health, data integrity, and stakeholder alignment
  • Exemplary people, organizational, project management, and servant leadership skills; ability to collaborate across diverse functional groups and work under pressure with competing demands and tight deadlines
